Golf&Spa Bulgaria has teamed up with a group of experienced Bulgarian solicitors and certified personal accountants and is now offering the service of company registration, VAT registration and VAT refund consulting services.  We can assist you throughout the whole process from preparing and filing your company registration documents to claiming back the 20% VAT charged by the developer.  The process may take up to 6-7 months but claiming back that 20% justifies the wait time.  Currently it takes 2 months for a new company to be registered with the Commercial Registry.  After that, documents for VAT registration can be filed immediately.  It takes about 3-4 months until VAT is refunded into the company's account.  This procedure only works in the case when the seller and buyer are Bulgarian companies.  It is best if the property is bought under the company name and the preliminary purchase contract is under the company name.  For more information, please send an e-mail to ivotanev@golfandspabulgaria.com
