The Team

Ivo Tanev	I am the person behind the idea of forming this new venture. After obtaining my degrees in International Business and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tampa, Florida, U.S., I returned to Bulgaria with the intention of taking advantage of the opportunities a country in transition had to offer. Right after my return, I was involved in the medical equipment business with my family. After that I joined a project development company and worked on power and real estate projects. My latest job, selling real estate on a Nicklaus Design golf course in Bulgaria, helped me identify the great opportunities the real estate business reveals. The result was teaming up with the people I trust and value as professionals and the formation of Golf & Spa Bulgaria.
Elena Vassileva	I am the newest addition to the team and am responsible for sales and administration. Currently I am also pursuing a law dagree at the University of Sofia finishing my junior year. I graduated St. Sofia bilingual secondary school where my major was French. What I like the most about the field of real estate is diversity. Being a part of the Golf&Spa Bulgaria team offers the opportunity to develop, to constantly learn, acquire new skills, and communicate with people.
Mark Davis	I am a property owner on the Nicklaus Design, Ibar Golf and Country Club, Dolna Banya, Bulgaria. I currently provide consultation for Golf&Spa Bulgaria to U.K. customers who are looking to purchase a golf property in Bulgaria.   Over the past two years I have built up a good understanding of the differences between the Bulgarian and UK building construction process and was consequently invited by the developer to assist at the Homebuyers Exhibition in London last year.   I have visited Bulgaria a number of times now and my love for the country and its people make owning property and playing golf that much more pleasurable. My passion for golf has lasted 20 years and the opportunity to own a property on a Golf course has now been realised on the fantastic Nicklaus course in Dolna Banya. I hope my passion for both Golf and Bulgaria will shine through when speaking to prospective buyers of property through Golf and Spa Bulgaria.
