In October 2004 Ian Woosnam was pleased to announce the development of prestigious golf course in Bulgaria – the country’s first golf course of this rate. Ian Woosnam Design, working with IMG’s European Golf Design signed a deal to design the new golf course in Bulgaria near to Balchik. The spectacular site is on the Black Sea and it is a World Class golf course facility, which will be built in conjunction with hotels and residential components.
